		<description>When we talked to customers, we learned that their Starbucks visits are largely related to connecting with friends, family or colleagues. But the coffee market is moving towards making their spaces fast instead of comfortable. We saw an opportunity to create a program that takes advantage of Starbucks' initial philosophy of being a third space for people between home &#38; work. Starbucks Coffee Breaks is a social discount program that encourages customers to take coffee breaks with people they know, leveraging the power of frequent customers bringing along friends, converting infrequent customers to frequent ones.Context — Strategic Innovation in Product / Service Design , SVA IxD

Coming from an illustration and painting background, we wanted to explore different modes of expression using technology. We programmed the wii nunchuck to draw as if using traditional tools as well as exploring drawing styles that could only be achieved using technology. The sensors in the wii nunchuck — buttons, joystick and accelerometer — were utilized to switch drawing styles, change thickness and color of the brush, and to save the drawing to Tumblr. 		<description>The largest slum in Kenya and home to some 250,000 people, Kibera was not visible on any publicly available map. The residents had no simple way to engage in conversation about their own local development, or share their own views and aspirations for their community. It is now a complete interactive community  project. Trained groups of youth from Kibera use paper mapping methods &#38; technology to create collaborative digital maps using OpenStreetMap and also report on local events on the Kibera News Network.Client — UNICEF

PagadiAssigned a project to combine two contrasting cultures, I created a product called Pagadi. This catalogue illustrates an Indian-Dutch aesthetic mergence, through the means of interior lighting.
